This is also a consequence of the macroeconomic situation – low interest rates, falling unemployment, rising wages and program "Flat for Young". Each apartment buyer wants to have a parking space in the garage and a storage. These units significantly increase the comfort of living. The sales results for the first half of the year are a continuation of the existing trend. The sales are still historically high, and year to year we have about 244 premises sold more, it is a growth of 21.6% (H1 2015 – 1131, H1 2016 – 1375). Our results are a good sign for the future. What distinguishes this year is definitely a lot more interest in the program MdM. Already in March the fund for current year has ran out. At the beginning of July the budget for 2016 has finished. Now customers increasingly willing to reserve funds for 2018 years. The end of the governmental program will give impetus to the housing sector – says Eyal Keltsh, Vice President of ROBYG SA.
