ROBYG launched sale of the 4th stage of Stacja Nowy Ursus

ROBYG Group launched sale of 227 apartments in the 4th stage of Stacja Nowy Ursus estate in Warsaw. The investment is located near Posagu 7 Panien street – just 12 minutes from city center and in close proximity of S2 and S8 routes – and ultimately there will be ca. 1000 apartments and service premises built. The ROBYG project in Ursus offers flats ranging in size from 31 to 80 sqm – all with Smart House as a standard. Construction works at this stage started in Q3 2017, and their completion is scheduled for Q4 2018. The 1st stage of Stacja Nowy Ursus, which has already been put into use, proved to be a great success – more than 150 units were sold in short time.
